Gina is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), with over 12+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience specializing in manual therapy. After earning her DPT from the top-ranked University of Pittsburgh in 2013, Gina worked as Physical Therapist for a leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in the Greater Nashville area. In 2017, Gina was hand-selected ahead of her peers and promoted to Clinic Director and Head Physical Therapist, managing a team of 11 Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff in the heart of Music City.
However, frustrated with the constraints of corporate medicine and the industry’s pressures to treat high patient volume with limited time for individual attention necessary for proper patient care, Gina knew there had to be a better way. In 2019, she became an independent contractor with the primary goal of prioritizing the focus of increased holistic patient health. Quickly seeing the benefits and results from her patients, Gina was inspired to start her own practice and is excited to make the leap to business owner!
Unlike corporate clinics, R3 (Repair, Restore, Recover) Physical Therapy is dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for all patients, focusing on personal connection, dedicated manual care, and uninterrupted time required for healing. As a top-rated outpatient orthopedic manual therapist, Gina treats patients of all ages, with a specialized interest in young athletes, skaters and dancers.
